The photographs record a gym fit out at the stage where finishes are going in. The room is separated from the corridor by a frameless glass screen with a glass door on patch fittings, set into a blue painted surround. Inside, one long wall is mirrored full height, and the opposite wall is clad in marble effect panels divided by vertical LED strips.

Flooring is being laid in two materials. Wood effect laminate plank covers the main floor, and blue and grey carpet tiles are set out in a checkerboard along one side, with workers fitting them in several frames. A strip of artificial grass with a lit edge runs beside the glass line. Loose boards, tools and cement buckets are still on the floor.

The ceiling is plasterboard in stepped bays, carrying recessed downlights and recessed linear fittings. A reception counter faced in marble effect panels stands at one end, backed by a curved timber panel with concealed lighting. Wall mounted split air conditioning units are fixed high on the walls, and a circular Hotel KS Fitness sign is mounted on the panelled wall.
