A three-storey house in Yangon, finished in white with deep recessed terraces, black-framed windows and gloss tiled floors inside.

The house is nearly finished. It is three storeys of white render, with deep recessed terraces cut into the plain walls. Black-framed windows and glazed doors are fitted, and cars are parked behind a steel railing fence. Inside, the floors are laid in grey gloss tile under recessed ceiling trays. One room is already in use, with a shrine set on a white cabinet.

Earlier photographs show the house at first fix. Ceiling grids are part built, with cabling left hanging, and the floors are bare screed. Tall glazed openings are already fitted. Outside, bamboo scaffolding covers every elevation. Workers plaster and paint the walls from the scaffold. Trees and neighbouring houses stand close around the plot.

Once the scaffolding came down, the white walls stood clear above a plot of bare earth and broken brick. Four renders close the set and show the design. They show the same white blocks with timber screens, balconies with railings, and a garden around the house. One aerial view shows a roof terrace with water tanks.
