The building is a single-storey steel-framed hall with a full-height glazed frontage wrapping two sides, topped by a dark fascia carrying illuminated channel-letter signage and the round Nagar Lady badge. Inside, slim steel columns leave the floor open, under a suspended grid ceiling with recessed panel lights and a large tiled floor.

Exterior works are documented alongside the building itself: a cast concrete forecourt with linear drainage grates, a paved roadside apron, and a freestanding pylon sign displaying vehicle marques.
