01 / 03
This is a language school, built on two storeys behind a walled forecourt. The front wall is rendered cream and peach, with a black sliding gate. The building is photographed at dusk with its lights on. Each floor has an open veranda along its full length. Downlights are set into the deep roof overhang and the floor edge above. A blank end wall closes the block at one side.

The flat roof is left as an open terrace behind a low parapet, with one roofed stair enclosure on it. On both floors the classrooms open off the verandas, which are edged by a solid peach wall. Each room has a panelled white door and sliding windows in white frames. The rooms are photographed empty, with cream walls, plain ceilings and bare concrete floors.

A side light well is fitted with a wall hung basin and an outside door. Two site photographs show work in progress, one of concrete being laid on a wet day and one of the boundary wall being painted. The last three images are 3D renders of the school at night, not photographs. Lettering on the parapet reads Language School.
